what is the meaning of the sentence :"we can win our fate with intelligence",
                  that means,try to adjust {or}modify{or}fight{or}reorganise,,the situation that u face,,,or otherwise just accept it,,don't feel about it too much,surrender Ur pain to the gods foot

SOLUTION

many people,almost all ,wandering solutions for their problems,it may be about any thing-under the sun,(or),,beyond the sun...but...many of them already decided (or) had one solution  in their mind ,if the solution from out side coincide with their decision ,they accept it, other wise they just throw it away,,,,few only get the advise& analyse it with their decision's,& come into conclusion.

my view

encountering the children kidnapper---i think ,finishing the life is not correct.but,put them in private cell ie like underground cell like ancient days & allow them to live with guilty feeling.& focus this punishment to the public.because whenever i saw the movie "BENHER" MY HEART FILL WITH TEARS ON SEEING BENHER "S MOTHER
& SISTER SUFFERING IN THE UNDERGROUND PRISON.just close ur eyes & imagine ,it is horrible
