1.purification of our body -all our cells-all of us know ,we need rest after any continuous work.at the time of sleeping some of our body parts taking rest.& some r working hard. but during fasting.mouth take rest.gut.liver.& all our inner organs take rest from over load ,but still they work in relaxmode to regain thier power.
2.our concentration power will increase. 
3.Our soul getting some extrapower-Little bit at each time'eventhough we r not in faith in soul'
4.If we faith god then we r getting one step close to god

THIS  IS  THE FLOWER   THAT   BLOOM  ONCE   A  YR,,,,  STARTED BLOOMING     AT    AROUND      8  PM    &     FULLY   BLOOMED  AT AROUND 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   VERY BEAUTIFUL..AT  DARK NIGHT,WITH THE SKY& STARS  &   MOON   ABOVE,,,IT BLOOMS   IN  PURE BRIGHT  WHITE   COLOR..WOW,,,,,BUT IT DIED IN THE MORNING

we cleaned our skin with soap & water.teeth with tooth past. hair with shampo.
